Peak’s founder and owner, Will Silver, brings a variety of knowledge and experience to the general contracting field, having:
- Bought, sold, and performed roofing, gutter, and exterior maintenance services.
- Managed condominium associations, apartments, multifamily, and commercial properties.
- Provided expert roofing consulting to homeowners, insurance adjusters, fellow contractors, businesses, non-profits, and buyers and sellers of real estate.
- Designed & implemented business process improvements as an outside consultant to construction contractors.
- Performed risk control inspections for insurance underwriters.
