He scheduled the work promptly, came on time and completed the job. When it was complete he walked us around the house and showed us pictures of the completed roof work. After getting a verbal quote from another company, I was unable to get them to come to my house I finish the job, causing me to call around. I was able to reach Will at Peak Contracting, who was very professional on the phone. He was able to fit me in and came to my house about 2 hours later (which was crucial because of a rainstorm coming our way). After performing an interior and exterior inspection, and was able to not only give a fair written quote but was able to complete the job that evening. The repairs to the flat roof appear to have done the job, as the leak has not come back. Will also sent a detailed report w his findings and followed up the day after to ensure no further issue. Will from Peak Contracting is highly recommended for exterior repairs, given his diligence, fairness and quality of work.
